Fabric is a great resource which can be used for various purposes even after it has been worn out. Many of us work in shop floors and use shop aprons in order to save our dresses from oil and grease. However, with time, these shop aprons for men and women wear out and you will have to buy new ones. So what can you do with the old worn out aprons?  Let’s take a look at some of the unique uses of worn out shop aprons:

Make a miniskirt: You can use your Red Kap Aprons to make a mini skirt. A wrap around can also be made from a worn out shop apron. In order to do so, you may have to cut off the top portion of your apron. If you have a tailor friend, he or she can guide you with the process.  You can make embroidery, put some laces and make it colourful.

Fabric headbands: You can use strips from your worn out apron in order to make fabric headbands, hair ties, bracelets, necklaces, belts, etc. You can use different fabric colors and make them look vibrant and colourful.

Wrap small presents: You can use portions of your worn out apron to wrap small presents. Cut fabric into a circle or square with a cute zig-zag edge. Place a gift in the middle and gather all sides of the fabric around your gift and tie it up with a ribbon. You will be able to easily wrap soaps, sachet and other small items.

A fabric gift bag: Worn out shop aprons can even be used to make a fabric gift bag. You can tie the top of the bag with a ribbon so that the gift is secured. This creates a beautiful package for a bottle of wine or a bouquet of flowers.

Hope the above tips help you utilize your worn out aprons in a better way!!
